New Registration to forum, activation email goes in spam folder! Why?

I am curios if this happens when you have a gmail email setup for your forum , instead of a one like this: [email protected] ?

As i see when someone register to the forum the activation email goes into spam folder,and also after activating that one too...hmm any clue why?

Because if it is a relatively new domain that's sort of default - and if your domain is sending alot of emails it makes it look like a spammer to the email providers. Over time this issue will ease off.
