Have been looking through my current template images. I have optimised a few images by 70% or more but this was just the icons such as the home and sidebar images.
Is it ok to do the same for the bigger images in the template such as header & backgrounds etc?
I have tried adding the extra pieces for the security in the htaccess file however I get a 500 error on my server. Any help would be appreciated. Code im having the error with is below
