Frederick police Capt. Richard Hetherington said the two students were flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Hetherington said the shooter or shooters are still at large.
Officers took about 200 people who were at the game into the school cafeteria, secured the building and questioned witnesses.
All other students and staff members are safe and accounted for, according to Frederick County Public Schools.
