Three students were shot Friday outside of a North Portland high school in Oregon and police were searching for the suspect or suspects. VPC

PORTLAND -- Four students were shot early Friday afternoon at a North Portland high school for at-risk youth and police were continuing to search for suspects.
The shooting was reported just before 12:15 p.m. PST at Rosemary Anderson High School, an alternative school of fewer than 200 students.
The victims were shot outside of the school, but ran inside after being hit.
A 16-year-old girl was hospitalized in critical condition, and two males — ages 17 and 20 — were in serious condition, police said. A fourth person — a 19-year-old woman — was grazed by a bullet but not hospitalized.
The victims were reportedly on their lunch break. They were all affiliated with the school, either as high school students or in job training, according to Portland police Sgt. Pete Simpson.
None of the victims was identified.
Portland police believe the shooter may be affiliated with a gang, Sgt. Pete Simpson said.
Nearby Jefferson High School and Portland Community College were locked down Friday afternoon.
