Days after Obama's visit, Rolling Stones to play Havana
Sometimes you can get what you want and<span style="color: Red;">*</span>what you need.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>Havana will play host to the Rolling Stones on Friday,<span style="color: Red;">*</span>the biggest act to play there since Cuba's 1959 revolution. The show, which takes place mere days after President Obama's historic visit to the island nation, marks a sea change for a country where the government once persecuted young people for listening to rock music.

U.S. sends condolences, Kerry to Belgium
Secretary of State John Kerry will travel to Brussels on Friday to discuss the deadly attacks with top Belgian and European officials.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>State Department spokesman John Kirby said Kerry will visit the Belgian capital to "formally express the condolences of the United States for the loss of life" in Tuesday's bombings at the Brussels airport and subway. The country is now<span style="color: Red;">*</span>on the second-highest state of alert and six people allegedly tied to attacks<span style="color: Red;">*</span>were arrested in police raids in Brussels Thursday.

'Man in the tree' scheduled to appear in court
The man who made headlines this week for refusing to come down from a tree for more than 24 hours is scheduled to appear in court Friday for his bond hearing. There's just one catch: Cody Lee Miller, 28, may keep up the civil disobedience act and refuse to show up. He's already forced the<span style="color: Red;">*</span>judge to postpone her decision on bail and reschedule the hearing once after<span style="color: Red;">*</span>refusing<span style="color: Red;">*</span>to leave the jail where he is<span style="color: Red;">*</span>being held. He is being held for malicious mischief and a<span style="color: Red;">*</span>forester with the city's<span style="color: Red;">*</span>Transportation Department<span style="color: Red;">*</span>says he did<span style="color: Red;">*</span>$7,800 in damages to the tree.
