Blizzard is over, but travelers' woes continue*
The*Blizzard of 2016 dumped ice and snow on airports from the Carolinas to New England, and*though the snow finally stopped, airlines are scrambling to get their*flights back on track*— and that will be no easy task.*Several of the USA’s busiest airports lost an entire day’s schedule during the peak of the storm. More than 1,300 flights scheduled for Monday have already been canceled.*Overall, more than 12,000 flights were*canceled nationwide since Friday, causing*a ripple effect that extended throughout the airlines' networks. The good news? Airlines are waiving their change fees.

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has praised the country's police and vowed a firm response to any threat to the country's stability.
