Let the Monday-morning quarterbacking begin!*
The celebration*in Denver — and all the post-game analysis*—*is just getting started after the Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10 to become the Super Bowl 50 champions. Key to the Broncos' third Super Bowl title was their ability to shut down Carolina's star quarterback and NFL MVP, Cam Newton. The game itself may not have been one of the most memorable Super Bowls ever, but as usual there was no shortage of commercials that caught our attention and*USA TODAY's Ad Meter was there to track which ones we loved, which ones made us laugh and which ones fell flat.*If you were one of the viewers who tuned in for the commercials,*you're going to want to join USA TODAY's Chris Woodyard and Laura Petrecca on Facebook at 1 p.m. ET to chat it out.

Chipotle to shut down all restaurants for one-day food safety*meeting
For those who have remained loyal to the burrito restaurant chain, Chipotle Mexican Grill will be shutting down all locations Monday for a company-wide meeting on food safety,*following food-borne illness issues and a norovirus outbreak that sickened over 175 people in several states. Last week, the*CDC declared the outbreaks to be over while the*chain announced*its fourth-quarter net income had dropped 44% —*marking its worst quarter as a publicly traded company.
An investigation into an E. coli outbreak at Chipotle stores last year could be declared over as soon as Monday, according to a "Wall Street Journal" report.*(Photo: SAUL LOEB, AFP/Getty Images)
Trial starts for ex-IRS agent charged with seeking*bribe from pot dispensary
The trial begins Monday for former IRS agent Paul G. Hurley, who is accused of*soliciting*and receiving*a $20,000 bribe from a Seattle*medical marijuana dispensary. According to prosecutors, Hurley told the dispensary owner that he had saved his business*$1 million and suggested he pay off Hurley's student loans in exchange. The owner contacted law enforcement and agreed to participate in a sting operation in which Hurley accepted a manila envelope with $20,000 in cash. Hurley denies soliciting the bribe and says the dispensary owner*offered him a job performing accounting services.

From business to sports and pop culture, Year of the Monkey is everywhere (and a little controversial at times). Mondaymarks the beginning of the Lunar New Year, celebrated in Asian culture as a year for successful business ventures and entrepreneurs. It’s also the year of optimism, positivity and certain change – so expect the unexpected, according to centuries' old lore.
This street is decorated with red lanterns ahead of the Lunar New Year in Changzhou, China. This year's festival is the Year of the Monkey and is China's most important holiday centered around family reunions.
