Nor'easter to blow in on first day of spring
So much for spring coming early this year. After experiencing above average temperatures — sometimes reaching into the low*80s*— the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast could be hit by another snowstorm Sunday, the first day of spring. As much as a foot of snow is possible in New England.*Philadelphia and Washington could see as much as*1-3 inches, or maybe just*cold rain.*Warmer temperatures are expected by Tuesday for much of the East Coast.
