It's a big deal for the Iowa family, but also for*those who have watched Brandon, Joel, Nathan, Kenny Jr., Natalie, Alexis and Kelsey grow up in the media. [h=2]Stargazers can enjoy heavenly twofer[/h]Stargazers will be treated to a celestial double whammy this weekend with a Blue Moon on Saturday and a special Mars event Sunday. Typically there are three full moons in a season, but this spring there will be four. When that happens, the third full moon is dubbed a “Blue Moon.” (You know, like "once in a Blue Moon.") Mars, meanwhile, will be unusually bright as it reaches a point in its orbit called "opposition" when Mars and the sun are on directly opposite sides of Earth.*Happy gazing!
