Extradition hearing set for suspect in Paris terror attacks
Salah Abdeslam, who was arrested last week in Brussels as a primary suspect in last year's Paris attacks, is set to appear Thursday at an extradition hearing after it<span style="color: Red;">*</span>was rescheduled following Tuesday's attacks on the Belgian capital. France seeks to extradite Abdeslam, 26, in connection with the November attacks that killed 130 people. Meanwhile, Brussels Airport reported that flight operations will be grounded<span style="color: Red;">*</span>through Thursday and Friday,<span style="color: Red;">*</span>and<span style="color: Red;">*</span>airlines worldwide are waiving fees for<span style="color: Red;">*</span>Brussels flights.

Rams say goodbye to St. Louis
The Los Angeles Rams will finish packing Thursday and head home to the West Coast. After 21 seasons in St. Louis, the franchise filed to relocate to Los Angeles, where they had previously played from 1946 until 1994. Apple starts taking orders for<span style="color: Red;">*</span>the iPhone SE
Customers eyeing Apple’s<span style="color: Red;">*</span>iPhone SE can order<span style="color: Red;">*</span>the new model Thursday, <span style="color: Red;">*</span>a week before it becomes available March 31. Apple unveiled the SE this week, describing it as "the most powerful 4-inch phone ever." The 16GB phone is priced at $399, or $17 per<span style="color: Red;">*</span>month without a service contract. Despite the cheaper price tag, the phone features the same processing power of the iPhone 6S.

Planned Parenthood shooter's competency challenged
A competency hearing for Robert Dear, who admits to killing three people at a Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic last year, was rescheduled for Thursday because of a springtime blizzard moving through Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. A judge ordered the mental evaluation after Dear announced that he wanted to fire his public defenders and represent himself. The exam will determine whether he is capable of making that decision.

Robert Lewis Dear is accused of opening fire inside a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs. Three people were killed and nine others were hurt before the suspect surrendered to police.
