President Obama delivers his seventh and final State of the Union Address on Tuesday. White House aides say the speech will go beyond the typical "laundry list" of policy proposals that are the hallmark of the annual address, instead delivering what they suggest will be a more profound statement. Obama will use the address to reflect on not just the year ahead, but his entire presidency*— and the generation that grew up in it. The speech airs at 9 p.m. ET.*Want to watch? You have plenty of options.

Drinking water delivered door-to-door in Michigan
State officials in Michigan will start a door-to-door sweep of Flint on Tuesday to hand out bottled water and water filters*to address the city's ongoing water crisis.*Flint's drinking water was contaminated with lead when a state-appointed emergency manager*switched the city's*water supply source from Lake Huron to the more polluted and corrosive Flint River, and an unknown number of children got lead poisoning.*The White House said Sunday that it was monitoring the situation as part of a discussion on growing mistrust in government.

AT&T to unveil unlimited data offer
Unlimited data plans have become an endangered species*in recent years, but on Tuesday AT&T will begin pulling them from the brink of extinction.*Under the new plan, you can pay*$100 a month for unlimited data, talk and text on a*single smartphone if you have or sign up for AT&T U-Verse TV service or DirecTV,**which AT&T acquired*last*year. *The only competitor*capable of offering a comparable deal is Verizon,*with its FiOS service. T-Mobile already*offers an*exemption to*data caps for certain video streaming services, but at a lower resolution?.

NFL owners weigh possible relocation of teams to Los Angeles
Will the St. Louis Rams be moving to Los Angeles? How about the San Diego Chargers or the Oakland Raiders? NFL owners meeting Tuesday could vote to relocate one or two of the three franchises to Los Angeles, returning the league to the region*after a 21-year absence. The three teams are unhappy with their current stadiums, which NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has dubbed "inadequate and unsatisfactory." Teams need the votes of 24 of the NFL's 32 owners in order to relocate.

Space Coast gets the*2016*rocket launch forecast
The Air Force’s 45th Space Wing will preview how many rocket launches the Space Coast can hope to see in 2016 at the National Space Club Florida Committee's meeting Tuesday. Although early annual projections are rarely met, there's a good chance 2016 will beat last year's total of 17 orbital launch attempts. California-based SpaceX had a total of seven attempts in 2015*but hopes to exceed that number this year. Meanwhile, rival aerospace company United Launch Alliance could launch as many as 12 times from the Cape.
