Eagles of Death Metal return to finish Paris concert
The Eagles of Death Metal are returning to Paris to perform a tribute concert after last November's terrorist<span style="color: Red;">*</span>attack<span style="color: Red;">*</span>that left 130 people dead<span style="color: Red;">*</span>— 89 of whom died at the<span style="color: Red;">*</span>packed Bataclan theater<span style="color: Red;">*</span>where the band was performing. Survivors of the attack will be given free tickets to the show at the<span style="color: Red;">*</span>Olympia theater<span style="color: Red;">*</span>in Paris, not far from the Bataclan.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>The band has announced<span style="color: Red;">*</span>rescheduled dates for the<span style="color: Red;">*</span>European tour, which was postponed after<span style="color: Red;">*</span>the attack.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>"Hearing the stories of the survivors, the injured and those who have lost loved ones has been overwhelming. Not returning to finish our set was never an option," the band's front man,<span style="color: Red;">*</span>Jesse Hughes, said in statement.

Opening statements in L.A.'s 'Grim Sleeper' trial
More than 30 years since the bodies of young women started turning up in alleyways and garbage bins in south Los Angeles, attorneys are set to give opening statements in the long-awaited "Grim Sleeper" trial on Tuesday.Lonnie Franklin Jr. has pleaded not guilty to killing nine women and a 15-year-old girl between 1985 and 2007 in one of the city's most notorious serial killer cases. Franklin, 63, has been awaiting trial behind bars for nearly six years since his arrest in July 2010. The trial is expected to last up to four months.

Process for airline flights between U.S., Cuba gets underway
Starting Tuesday, U.S. airlines will have 15 days to submit proposals for<span style="color: Red;">*</span>as many as<span style="color: Red;">*</span>100 flights daily to Cuba. The flights, which could begin as early as fall, would mark the first scheduled service between the U.S. and Cuba since the 1959 revolution.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>The application process<span style="color: Red;">*</span>is part of a key<span style="color: Red;">*</span>civil aviation agreement the two countries reached in December. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx and State Department official Charles Rivkin will sign the agreement with Cuban counterparts in Havana on Tuesday.

Documentary examines the Black Panthers movement
