Heart-wrenching dash cam footage shows a rear minivan door pop open<span style="color: Red;">*</span>and a toddler fall onto a busy road in China.
In the video, the toddler stands up and begins running after the van as the driver, later identified as his grandfather, continues down the road unaware of what has happened.
“Oh my God there’s a kid, oh God,” a woman
says in a video posted on Facebook by CCTV.
The child was safely removed from the road and later returned to his bewildered grandfather,
CCTV reported.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>
The man said he was in rear-end collision a few days before<span style="color: Red;">*</span>the incident and that the latch on the back of the vehicle was broken. According to CCTV, car seats are not commonly used in China.
