Error when unistalling & Quickreply is messed up.

When I installed, this is what happened to my database:

Database error in vBulletin 4.2.3:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT * FROM reviews_reviews WHERE active=1 AND status=1 AND logo<>'' ORDER BY postdate DESC LIMIT 5;

MySQL Error : Table '[MY DATABASE NAME].reviews_reviews' doesn't exist

Remove all the files that came with the mod.
