Attention, Flinstones fans and collectors: a family-owned theme park based off the cartoon prehistoric family could be yours for $2 million.
The Flintstones Bedrock City park and campground in Williams, Ariz., is up for sale, hoping to lure a buyer who sees the 30-acre property's potential — and who wants to live among attractions like a fake volcano named Mt. St. Wilma, a green brontosaurus with a slide as a tail and full-sized figures of Mr. Fred Flintstone himself.
QUIZ:How well do you know 'The Flintstones'?
"It's been on sale for some years, but at this point we're pretty diligently looking," owner Linda Speckels, 73, tells the USA TODAY Network. "As for the news attention, it's phenomenal! I don't know. I'm shocked."

Speckels and her husband built the park in 1972 and raised five daughters on the property. He passed away in 1990, and since then she has been running the grounds with help from her daughters.
"I'm going to be 74 in the fall and I think it's time for me to have some new adventures. I think someone can do something really great with the property," she says.
Speckels remembers the park at its most crowded, "in the early years when everyone loved the TV show," but says this winter and spring she had better-than-average business, which she credits to the economy and lower gas prices.
The park itself includes a gift shop, restaurant (with 5-cent coffee, according to its website), RV park, convenience store and campground with 60 sites. There's also 3,800-square-foot housing for a new potential staff.

Although she's selling the property, Speckels says it will always be special to her.
"Working with my family and watching kids go out the door into the park and scream with delight, and parents taking pictures and putting them in scrapbooks to smile at for years to come… that's what's made this job worth it," she says.
"I raised five daughters here and every one has a different perspective of what it was like. One daughter says it's like My Big Fat Greek Wedding, bringing people home to the statues in the front yard. Working together as a family — there's nothing better, and there's nothing harder. Being with them has been a joy."
For those who want to visit without making a $2 million investment, there's also a Flintstones Bedrock City in Custer, South Dakota.
