[h=2]Christian group has Target in its sights for a boycott[/h]A conservative Christian activist group has gathered more than 517,000 signatures from people pledging to boycott Target over its transgender bathroom policy. Target said last week that the company welcomes "transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity." The American Family Association didn't care for that and started a petition Wednesday that says Target's policy encourages sexual predators and puts women and girls in danger, because "a man can simply say he 'feels like a woman today' and enter the women's restroom." A company spokesperson said the retailer stands by its policy.
[h=2]Erin Andrews settles lawsuit against hotel over peephole — but we're still creeped out[/h]Former ESPN reporter and TV personality Erin Andrews settled her lawsuit against hotel companies<span style="color: Red;">*</span>that allowed her stalker to secretly record her naked through a door peephole in 2008. In March, a Nashville jury awarded Andrews a total of $55 million: Her stalker, Michael David Barrett, was responsible for $28 million, while the hotel owner and operator, West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital Group, were on the hook for $27 million. Both sides were due back in court Monday over the issue, but instead the settlement was announced.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>What's the final payout? We may never know. The terms are confidential.

[h=2]Ted Cruz and<span style="color: Red;">*</span>John Kasich join<span style="color: Red;">*</span>forces. But can they stop Trump?[/h]Some might call it a partnership made in spite, but whatever it is, the Ted Cruz-John Kasich alliance is<span style="color: Red;">*</span>finally happening.<span style="color: Red;">*</span>The two Republican candidates each<span style="color: Red;">*</span>agreed to cede states the other is stronger in, as part of an effort to keep front-runner Donald Trump from<span style="color: Red;">*</span>amassing enough delegates<span style="color: Red;">*</span>during primary contests to win the GOP nomination outright. NBD, Trump says. He<span style="color: Red;">*</span>dismissed the partnership as "dirty politics" and<span style="color: Red;">*</span>predicted that it<span style="color: Red;">*</span>"is going to have a huge reverse effect."
