Well it seems the "I's" have it, so the shoutbox is now up on the site for you to enjoy. I have located it below the forums, so the first thing you see on the site is the important stuff, not a shout box.
Please remember the shout is for idle chitchat, any questions still should be posted in the proper forums. For one I just don't have the time to do support in the shout, and also any questins you may have may also be something someone else is looking for. By having it in the proper forum, it is searchable by other members.
For those of you that can't stand the idea of a shoutbox, or for those of you that want to change some settings, you can do so by going here, Shoutbox Settings
