This mod adds usergroup permissions for which usergroups can mark the forums read.
It is a simple installation, just import the product XML, ozzmodz_mark_read
You can edit the options under the settings, [OzzModz] Mark Forums Read Permission By Usergroup Settings
If a user is in a usergroup that does not have permission to mark forums read and somehow tries to, they will be shown a custom vBulletin no permissions message. This mod also removes the Mark Forums Read link on the forumhome page, forum tools dropdown in forumdisplay and the navbar link.
