Removing Space

Removing Space and Other Questions

So, I am trying to streamline my forums a bit and remove some of the extra space that vBulletin throws in by default. So far I have got it working pretty well, but there is still some extra space I want to remove. Here is a screenshot. Any tips would be great :)

Also, Chris / whoever can answer, How did you add the colored username to last replied / new posts / all of those things?

Edit: A little More Explanation: If you view a forum here, it shows the different colors of people's usernames. How'd ya do that?

And another question: How did you put the join date / posts count in a box?

I don't know about the space, that would have to be debugged on your site.

The username colors are from this mod, e360 - Username Html MarkUp 4.2.x

Join date is in there by default in vBulletin, you should have something like this in your postbit_legacy template:

Code:
<vb:if condition="$post['joindate']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase join_date}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.joindate}</dd></vb:if>
