Vbulletin Options Menu Sorting

Ozzy, I was wondering if you wanted to pick up the torch on this mod. I know this version according to vbulletin.org has an uninstall issue of some sort. I would love to have this working on VB 4 and thought you were the man for the job.

I can maybe look into adding some of that to my current mod, [OzzModz] Advanced vBOptions Menus - vBulletin.org Forum

But it would have to be a complete re-write, as the mod you are asking about is not marked as re-usable code.
