Cue the U-S-A chant.
Lisa Bell of Browser, B.C., was on vacation with her family when she heard loud noises and watched as a bald eagle landed on top of a goose,**CTV Vancouver Island*reported.
“I scooted to get my camera, and when I came back down he was still there,"*she told*CTV Vancouver Island.*"The goose basically was playing dead."
Browser snapped photos as the goose tried to outsmart the eagle, and ultimately escaped from its clutches and made a b-line for the water.
Bell uploaded*the pictures to the Vancouver Island Images Facebook page, with the caption, “You don't always get to keep what you catch.”
That’s right!
