403 error on links?

Hi Guys

Would any of you know what is causing this on external links?

One of the causes is if guests do not have permission to view.

This means the source does not allow hotlinking.

I haven't changed any user group permissions....The only thing I've added is dbseo, and I've checked all of these settings.....Ithink




Really has me this one, even if I edit it, taking out the 403 forbidden rewrite on the url. After saving it just returns to a 403 forbidden url......
