A couple of questions please

I have a couple of questions maybe some of you can help me with.

If you look at the bottom of the page at the following links;

Smith Wesson
Handgun Information & Discussion Forum

You will see that they have a section titled Search Tags for this Page.

How did they do this?
Is their something that works better such as a mod?
They have different search tags on each forum thread.

Well I think I figured it out. They appear to be using VBAdvaced. Since it appears that support is on the way out for this product, what else can you recommend to add the search tags per section I require. Maybe a footer block using some CMS? I don,t know as I am lost here.
