Where? Most of the default vB code, it they open a <img tag, there is a alt="{vb:rawphrase BLA BLA BLA}" in there.

In what template would I find that info to add the alt description to it?
 
Also getting this for some pages:

I don't think it would be worth the time to try and fix it, if you do a search in your templates for, alt="" you will be surprised at how many templates comes up.
