en-GB language

Yeah sorry should have explained a bit more, as the UK spelling and other language formats are different to the US would be great to have this for my forum, plenty of langauge packs available for other languages but not one of the most spoken. Shame vBulletin doesn't make the languages available like Xenforo does.
 
There was one available for an older version of vb but wont work with 4.2.2 was hoping someone may have heard of someone custom creating a compatible version
