Unlimited remote images but limit upload

Hi, first sorry for my english. Maybe not this is the right place but i hope. Is any mod exists which allows the embedding of unlimited images from remote servers - maybe some restriction about the acceptable domains eg. google drive, dropbox, image shack etc - but still limit the upload of images to my server?

Pretty sure that's already native, hotlinking images can be restricted or not, in usergroup permissions so can uploads of attachments.

Thanks for your reply. Im new in vbulletin. I have a 4.2.2 board. At this moment five images allowed per post including smileys. I cant find whis option allow unlimited remote images - not links to image.

Yep, thanks but this option is aldready set. This looks every for <img></img> pairs no matter where the image is local or remote.

Sorry but don't understand what you mean. If I change my settings to 5, no member can upload or insert more images than five, I have it 20.

if you put (0) than there is unlimited. If you mean only remote, there is no settings for external image only, it takes effect for all

ah now I get it. Don't have hear about mod which can do this, (attached images / external images)

I think you can do this in settings "Message Attachment Options" put it to how many you want. If you put (lets say) 3, and In settings "Maximum Images Per Post" 40, than member can
post 37 external images and only 3 attach images. if you put zero(0) in Maximum Images Per Post must do the job.

P.S. Don't forget that smilies are images to :typing:
